Join Atlanta Synthesizer Club admin, Eric Flohr Reynolds, who will demonstrate and explain the basic signal flow and structure of an analog synthesizer ~ using the Korg Minilogue ~ on Saturday, October 12 from 2 to 4:30pm at The Bakery Atlanta.
The focus of the demonstration will be on patch programming and sound design with the idea that learning how adjusting the basic controls will allow you to drastically change the sound. While the demo will focus mostly on the Minilogue ~ most of the concepts and techniques will be applicable to almost any other synthesizer be they analog, digital, hardware, or software.
This workshop is intended for beginners who have never used a synth before, or for musicians who have used synths/keyboards/software but have never designed their own sounds and want to learn more.
There is a suggested $5 donation for this demo that will be split 50/50 between the Atlanta Synthesizer Club and Deathbox Studio at The Bakery for future synthy programming.
